Delete your Meyy account

You can delete your Meyy account yourself, at any time, whether or not you are subscribed. You do not need the phone app to do it — the same steps work in a web browser.

1. Open the Meyy app on your phone, or go to app.meyy.in in any browser.
2. Sign in with your mobile number and the code we send you.
3. Open Settings (the ⚙ at the top), then Delete my account.
4. Download your data first if you want a copy — it cannot be recovered afterwards.
5. Type the word erase and confirm.

Your account is deleted from the live system at once, and you receive an erasure receipt listing what was removed and what is kept, with the reason for each.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Everything in your account — your profile, teaching progress, chapter notes, support messages and subscription record — is deleted. A few records are kept because the law requires it (your invoices, for example) or to keep the free trial once per mobile number. The complete list, and how long each is kept, is in the Privacy Notice, §7.

If you cannot sign in

Write to [email protected] from the email on your account, or message us on WhatsApp from your sign-in number, with Delete my account in the subject or first line. We will confirm it is you and delete the account for you.
