Meyy (OPC) Private Limited · Version 1.1 · 2026-10-07

Meyy asks you to confirm these five points separately because they matter most to how you will use the product. Ticking them is part of your agreement.

The five points you confirm

1. Meyy is a teaching aid — it does not replace the textbook or you

Meyy is a supplementary lesson-planning and assessment tool. It does not replace the NCERT (or state board) textbook, the prescribed syllabus, or your school's requirements. You should continue to use the official textbook in your teaching. You remain the professional responsible for what is taught and assessed in your classroom. Meyy's period recommendations and annual budgets are Meyy's own estimates to help you plan — completing the syllabus on your board's and school's schedule remains your responsibility.

2. Meyy is not endorsed by NCERT, CBSE, or any government authority

Meyy is an independent product. It is not endorsed, certified, approved by, or affiliated with NCERT, CBSE, any state board, or the Ministry of Education. "NCF-aligned" and similar statements describe Meyy's own interpretation and design work based on publicly available framework documents — they are not an official certification. References to NCERT chapter names, sections, and examples are for navigation and teaching support only; Meyy is not a reproduction of, or substitute for, the NCERT textbook, which you should obtain separately.

3. Never enter students' personal information into Meyy

Meyy is built for you, not for student records. Do not enter any information that identifies a student — names, roll numbers, marks, health or family details — into chapter notes or any other input field. Meyy stores what you type on its servers, and reserves the right to delete student-identifying information if it is inadvertently submitted. This protects children under India's data-protection framework, and protects you.

4. Meyy's content is AI-assisted and may contain errors or change over time

Lesson plans and assessment items are authored with the help of AI models and reviewed processes. They may contain factual, pedagogical, or answer-key errors, and as underlying models and content libraries improve, outputs may change materially over time. Meyy's content is an assistive suggestion, not a guarantee — review it with your own professional judgement before teaching it. Meyy does not guarantee any particular examination result or learning outcome.

5. Your licence is personal; the trial defines your remedy

Your subscription is a personal licence to an individual teacher/user for use in your own teaching. You may not sell, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit Meyy's plans, exports, or other proprietary material. Your account is between you and Meyy — it is not connected to your school or employer, and complying with your school's or organisation's internal policies is your responsibility. Because Meyy strongly recommends you use the free trial before subscribing (the trial gives real chapters with unlimited re-serves and no time limit), subscription refunds are considered only for verified technical failures or billing errors — not for dissatisfaction with content you were able to evaluate in the trial.
